How does it work?

LegalPath is convenient, modern and easy. You select the option that applies to you whether your refinancing, buying or selling, or both at the same time. You answer a specified number of questions that relate to your circumstances and we’ll provide you with a fixed quotation for the services you need. Should you wish to accept the quote, we will need you to upload your certified ID and certified proof of address documents - and you’re done.

Once accepted, LegalPath will immediately pass your instruction to the conveyancing team at Halliwells who are responsible for ensuring the satisfactory completion of the work. Halliwells will liaise closely with you to ensure you are aware of what is happening at the various stages of the process and what you need to do in terms of decisions, money, documentation etc.

The core aim of our system is to make the entire process as easy and as painless as possible for you. We know you’d much rather start to plan the move, or the renovations, the new bathroom or kitchen. The last thing you want to think about is the law and legal work.
